Responsibilities

  • Inbound/outbound calls with customers
  • Email communications with customers
  • Live text chat with customers using LivePerson
  • Customer Relationship Management System Operations
  • Order approval/activation/management
  • Issue identification and follow-up
  • Close communications with Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and Development teams…
